Refund Policy

We understand you and your circumstances. We will refund you,

  • If you have already enrolled yourself in our courses, but the batch hasn’t started yet on the given date. In this case, if you wish not to continue, with valid reasons, we are ready to refund your money.
  • If you have already attended a few classes and expect a refund, we are sorry but a refund is not possible. Though if the reason is about timing, we can surely provide you with another batch.
  • If you have booked the classes from basic level to advance and in the middle of the course you ask for a refund. Then refund is not possible because course already has started.
  • If there is a scarcity of our trainers & the teacher assigned to you takes a leave, we will surely refund you.
  • If the assigned teacher is unable to make it to the session within the mentioned time due to unavoidable circumstances, we will have a proxy trainer for that particular session.
  • If you are unable to attend the classes without priorly informing the faculty or management then you will be responsible for missing out on classes, we won’t be able to refund you in this case.
  • If you wish to take a break from the ongoing course, we expect you to inform the trainer or the faculty. Whenever you wish to continue you may, but a refund is not possible in this case.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted once an offline course or online course has been successfully completed. We encourage students to communicate any concerns or issues during the course to address them promptly.
