Refund and Transfer Policy
We understand your circumstances, but please note that under no circumstances will a refund be issued, nor will the course be transferable once enrolled.
- If you have enrolled in our courses but the batch hasn’t started yet:
Unfortunately, a refund will not be provided, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. - If you have attended a few classes and request a refund:
Refunds are not possible once you have started the course, even if there are valid reasons for your withdrawal. However, we can help you by providing access to another batch if the issue is related to scheduling. - If you booked a course from basic to advanced and request a refund after the course has started:
Refunds are not possible because the course has already commenced. We cannot accommodate refunds or transfers at this stage. - If a trainer is unavailable due to scarcity or leave:
In the rare case that a trainer is unavailable, we will arrange for a substitute or proxy trainer for the affected session, but no refunds will be provided. - If the trainer is unable to attend a session within the given time due to unavoidable circumstances:
A proxy trainer will be arranged for the session. Refunds will not be issued in this case. - If you miss classes without informing the faculty or management in advance:
If you fail to attend classes without prior notice, you will be responsible for any missed sessions. We will not be able to provide refunds in this case. - If you need to take a break from the ongoing course:
If you wish to take a break, you must inform the trainer or management beforehand. While you may return to continue your course at a later time, please be aware that no refund will be given. - Refunds after course completion:
Once either an offline or online course has been successfully completed, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to raise any concerns during the course so they can be addressed promptly.
